Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, telephone number, requested service, message and acknowledgement of this policy. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or sensitive information. Technical connection data is also processed for security and abuse prevention.
Purposes and legal grounds
We answer enquiries and prepare requested proposals on the basis of pre-contractual steps you request. Security and spam prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Mandatory processing relies on applicable legal obligations. Google Analytics is activated only with consent. The privacy checkbox does not authorise advertising or marketing messages.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and provide the follow-up you request. Contractual records are kept for the relationship and applicable statutory periods. Records needed for legal responsibilities may be retained with restricted access. Cookie preferences and configured analytics cookie lifetimes expire after 180 days. Ask us for the period applicable to your case.
Recipients and providers
We use hosting and technical providers, including Replit, and email providers to handle messages. We do not sell personal data. Disclosures are limited to service needs, legal obligations or your authorisation. If you accept statistics, Google receives the browsing data needed for Analytics. WhatsApp, Calendly and other external links have separate privacy policies.
International transfers
Hosting, email and analytics may involve processing outside Andorra. Transfers must have the safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us for information about providers, processing locations and applicable safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by contacting us. Identity checks are limited to what is necessary. Withdraw statistics consent through “Cookie settings”; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), www.apda.ad.
