The scope is agreed individually and sets out which tasks, communications and follow-ups we coordinate. It can be considered for a rented or vacant home. Frequently asked questions

Questions about property management

The service is defined for each property and limited to tasks agreed with its owner.

What exactly does the service include?

The scope is agreed individually. It may cover administrative coordination, document organisation, communication and follow-up on property-related matters. We clarify the tasks and required approvals before starting; not every task is assumed to be included.

Can I ask about a rented or vacant property?

Yes, we can consider either situation. Tell us whether the property is rented or vacant and what follow-up you need; we can then agree which tasks make sense for your case.

Can matters be coordinated if I live outside Andorra?

We can discuss remote coordination and agree how to share documents, receive updates and confirm decisions. The working arrangements and scope are defined with you before starting.

Do you arrange repairs or approve expenses?

Coordination of an incident can be agreed, but any repair, expense or commitment requires your prior, explicit approval. The execution or cost of repair services is not assumed to be included.

Does property management include an IRNR return?

No. Property management and an IRNR tax return are separate services. If you have tax obligations relating to income earned in Andorra, you can ask separately about the IRNR service; any obligation should be reviewed for your circumstances.

What documents do I need to get started?

For an initial conversation, the property’s location and type, its current status and a description of what you want coordinated are enough. We can then confirm which documents, if any, are relevant to the agreed scope.
